Membership questions
How does the membership work?
Your membership loads credit into your EcoPlus wallet. When you’re served at a partner, that service’s listed member price is deducted from your balance. Every transaction and your remaining balance are visible in the app.
Is the price really the same everywhere?
Yes. Each service has one member price across every partner location in a city. Partners agree to it when they join the network.
Do I need to book in advance?
No. Walk into any partner during opening hours and show your QR code. Booking ahead is there if you prefer it.
Which cities and services are available?
We’re launching in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam, starting with laundry and dry cleaning. New categories are added as partners are certified — the app always shows what’s available near you.
