Delete your account

You can delete your EcoPlus account at any time, from the app or by email. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

1.Delete in the app

  • Open the EcoPlus app and sign in.
  • Go to Profile, then Settings.
  • Tap Delete account and confirm. You are signed out immediately.

2.Delete by email

If you no longer have the app, email hello@yalaecoplus.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm and complete the deletion within 7 days.

3.What we delete

  • Your name, email address, phone number and city.
  • Your membership, wallet balance and QR code. Any remaining wallet credit is cancelled.
  • Your sign-in access to the EcoPlus app.

4.What we keep

Payment and transaction records, with your personal details removed, for as long as Saudi tax and accounting law requires. They can no longer be linked to you.

5.Partner accounts

Shop owners and staff using the EcoPlus Partner app can email hello@yalaecoplus.com to close their access. The shop’s transaction and payout history is kept for accounting.
