Terms of use

1.The EcoPlus service

EcoPlus is a membership network. Services are provided by independent, certified partner businesses, not by EcoPlus. We verify partners and set member pricing standards, and we work with partners to resolve any issue with a service.

2.Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep access to your account secure. Your membership and QR code are personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred.

3.Membership and wallet

• Your membership loads credit into your EcoPlus wallet. Each redeemed service deducts its listed member price. Wallet credit has no cash value, cannot be withdrawn and is valid for the period shown in the app.
• Prices and available services may change. Any change applies from your next membership period and is always shown in the app before you pay.

4.Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by our licensed payment provider. If a service could not be delivered as described, contact us within 7 days and we will review a refund of the deducted amount to your wallet.

5.Fair use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to redeem services fraudulently, interfering with the apps or harassing partners or staff. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

6.Liability

Partners are responsible for the services they provide. To the extent permitted by law, EcoPlus is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service.

7.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
